The following terms apply to our SMS program: Purpose of Messages: Messages may include appointment reminders, maintenance updates, account notifications, marketing messages, and general two-way communication regarding your apartment, commercial space, or interaction with our team. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will likely receive approximately two messages per month, though the number may be higher or lower depending on your interactions with us. We reserve the right to adjust message frequency. Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. The Wooten Company is not responsible for any charges from your carrier. Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages, unless you opt back in. Carriers and Delivery: The Wooten Company and participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
