The Wooten Company, LLC was founded in 1978 by C. Tal Wooten, Jr. on the belief that everyone deserves the best home at the best value, supported by exceptional customer service. Over the years, this vision has grown into a strong and enduring legacy in property management. As a locally owned and managed company, we carry that legacy forward with a deep understanding of what our investors, clients, and residents need — and we take pride in serving our communities with that same commitment today.

Growing the Community

What began as a small real estate management firm in Springfield has grown into one of southwest Missouri's most trusted names in property management. Today, we manage over 4,403 apartments across Springfield, Battlefield, Republic, and Ozark, along with storage facilities and more than 598,159 square feet of commercial space.

That growth didn't happen by accident. It happened because we stayed true to the values we started with — treating every resident with respect, maintaining our properties with care, and making decisions locally, with the community in mind.
