Maintenance Technician III

Actively seeking several full-time, maintenance technicians to join our team in the Springfield area!

This position consists of but is not limited to, the proven ability to meet our grounds, entry-level and intermediate maintenance job requirements. Candidates should be able to oversee the training and assistance to team members, are able to be a resource that will supplement help whenever needed to team members, master the make-ready process and meet deadlines, demonstrate electrical and plumbing skills while having the willingness and ability to continue to learn and advance within the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Property group advisor
  • Leads the team in morale building
  • Displays a good example of customer service as a model to other members of their team
  • Overall a resource and an authority on all things maintenance to Wooten Company expectations
  • Evaluates staff abilities

• HVAC
  • Well versed in heating and air
  • Knowledge of electrical and gas furnaces
  • Knowledge of electrical and gas water heaters

Position is considered a working supervisor and not require Corporate Level responsibilities

Pay scale is subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances and is to be set by Senior Management. Position may be adjusted from Hourly to Salary.
