As a maintenance technician II, you will need to be able to work independently to be put on an on-call rotation. This responsibility will allow you to work overtime throughout the work week and the weekends. After you have completed on-call training and have been with us for 90 days, housing within the complexes will be available to you!

This position is for weekends only starting at 5pm on Fridays and ending at 8am on Mondays. You will need to be able to work independently to deal with maintenance emergencies that happen throughout the weekend. This position consists of but is not limited to, the proven ability to meet our grounds, entry-level and intermediate maintenance job requirements.
